Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing, cancellations, and how refunds apply to Deltron Technologies engagements.

1. Overview

Deltron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Deltron") provides professional IT and cybersecurity services, licences sold as a reseller/subscription where vendors set end-user refund rules, and fixed-fee deliverables scoped in quotations or statements of work. Fees reflect committed resources, licences, tooling, subcontractors, taxes, and delivery risk — not speculative outcomes.

2. Professional services & managed services retainers

Recurring retainers/monthly MSP-style fees accrue monthly and are invoiced according to the agreed schedule; generally non-refundable once the billing period commenced because capacity is secured. Unused hours in prepaid fixed-hour bundles may roll forward only if expressly written in your order; otherwise forfeited upon bundle expiry unless we materially default uncured thirty (30) days after notice.

One-off projects billed by milestone: payments invoiced for a milestone remain due for work completed and accepted deliverables as defined (excluding raw third-party artefacts we are not entitled to sublicense). Cancelling remaining future milestones after written notice only releases un‑invoiced work not yet started. Deposits are applied first to accrued costs and non‑recoverable third‑party licences already procured on your behalf.

3. Assessments / audits / testing

Security assessments consume calendar slots & expert time; scheduled kick-off within agreed window binds first tranche portions of fee. Aborting purely for buyer convenience after artefacts handover or midway does not retrospectively negate effort expended fees except where materially prevented by breach by Deltron.

4. Third-party licences, cloud subscriptions, hardware

Pass-through licences (Microsoft/M365 CSP style, antivirus seats, SaaS dashboards, appliances, CSP usage, hyperscaler consumption) billed by vendors/distributors obey their refund/cancellation windows — typically non-refundable beyond statutory cooling off not applicable enterprise B2B India pattern; proration credited only vendor grants. Taxes/FX/wire intermediary fees deducted from any vendor credit before pass-through if any.

5. Training & workshops

Non-attendance forfeits prepaid seat pricing except one documented reschedule permitted if requested >= ten (10) business days ahead & capacity exists (written acknowledgement).

6. Requesting cancellations & refund reviews

Send written notices (email acceptable) referencing quote/SOW/order number describing reason to sales@deltrontechnologies.com. Good-faith review usually within fifteen (15) business days excludes vendor reply lag. Fraud / chargeback abuses void goodwill policies.

7. Taxes & chargebacks

Statutory dues remain your responsibility; TDS reconciliation follows applicable law. If you initiate a bank or card dispute, cooperate with our accounts team. Circumventing mutual resolution may accelerate termination or recovery rights under any master agreement, without prejudice to amounts already accrued.

8. Newsletter & website communications

Newsletter subscriptions submitted through site forms are free and voluntary. Unsubscribing stops further emails; no payment or refund applies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Signed contracts dated before a change remain governed by their written terms unless both parties amend them. Casual visitors see the latest version posted here with its "Last updated" date.
